
Syllabus
Using proven advertising photography practice, shooting digitally and with a maximum of five delegates in any Workshop to ensure individual learning experiences, Alan will demonstrate the lighting techniques required to produce a range of quality professional images for the advertising market. Subjects for the in-depth demonstrations will include consumer products, fashion items, glassware and shiny metal and will encompass the required visual effects of shadow, reflection, shape and texture that all contribute to the visual impact required for any advertising photography.
Delegates will be fully involvement in set construction and subject organisation and should bring their own camera for directed participation during the workshop when using a full range of studio lighting. Also, delegates are encouraged to bring samples of their current work for mentoring feedback during the day.
Workshop Handbooks are provided for all delegates containing illustrated images & lighting techniques, our glossary of studio lighting and accessories, facilities for recording lighting diagrams and other supporting details for the advertising industry.
